На центральній – напис: «1941–1943 рр. в окупованому Києві у боротьбі за незалежну Українську Державу полягли 621 учасники антинацистського підпілля Організації Українських Націоналістів, серед них – видатна поетеса Олена Теліга. Бабин яр став їх братською могилою. Героям Слава!»

(On the central – the inscription in Ukrainian: “In 1941-1943 in occupied Kiev during the struggle for an independent Ukrainian state were perished 621 participants of the Ukrainian Nationalists Organization anti-Nazi clandestine, among them – a prominent poet Elena Teliga. Babi Yar became their mass grave. Glory to the heroes!”)
